Hello dear followers, as Özok Steel, we are here to present you details about our light steel construction project of 170 houses, which we started in Ankara/Ayaş and continue with great excitement.
The project consists of four special types, each appealing to different lifestyles:
- 155 m² single storey elegant villas
- 182 m² single storey spacious living areas
- 265 m² two storey spacious residences
- 288 m² two-storey luxury houses
In this project, we work diligently to ensure that every detail is perfect.
Together with our 5 architects, 2 civil engineers and 2 mechanical engineers who are experts in their fields, we carry out fast and serial installations. These residences, which we built in the fascinating nature of Ayaş, accompanied by magnificent views, combine durability and aesthetics. You can also see the villas with completed interior and exterior facades as a sample in our video.
We prioritise durability and safety by using S280 quality steel. With our manufacturer identity, we always aim to offer you the best by using the highest quality materials.
