Our production process is an integrated system that converts digital data into physical structural elements on a fully automated machine line after static verification.

  1. Pre-Production Digital Preparation and Static Approval
The first stage of manufacturing is converting the design into production data:

  • TEOCAD Integration: The project, designed in 3D (Solid) form, is transferred to our production software, TEOCAD. Here, profile spacings and panel divisions are optimized for waste-free production according to the dimensions of the cladding materials to be used (drywall, betopan, etc.).

  • Data-Based Static Verification: The thickness of each profile to be produced (0.8mm – 1.2mm) is finalized at this stage based on the project’s soil survey and local static load requirements.

  1. Manufacturing Parameters and Machine Line (TEOTECH)
Digital data is sent to the TEOTECH machines on the production line to begin physical manufacturing:

  • Precision Shaping: Sheets with the determined thicknesses are converted into profiles with millimetric precision using cold forming.

  • Panelization: Profiles are assembled into panels in the factory, considering transportation ease and weight balance.

  • Integrated Load-Bearing: Since there are no columns or beams in the system, every profile is produced as load-bearing. All hole locations, rivet, and screw points are created by the machine during production.

  1. Structural Production Standards (Limits)
To ensure production and design safety, the following technical limits are strictly applied:

  • Span Limit: The maximum unsupported span is produced as 7.5 meters. Special load-bearing reinforcements are integrated for areas exceeding this span.

  • Truss Spacing: Roof trusses are limited to a maximum of 140 cm in the production plan; the factory standard spacing is 1290 mm.

  • Cantilever Production: The system allows for unsupported cantilevers up to 1.20 meters.

  1. Static Reinforcement Production in Panels

  • Seismic Bracings: Bracings that provide lateral load resistance are designed at special angles for outer corners, interior walls, and over openings, then included in the production line. Extended bracings are manufactured for wider spans to increase strength.

  • Staggered Floor System: Intermediate floors of 30 cm height for two-story buildings are produced in a staggered layout at 30 cm intervals in the factory plan to prevent deflection.

  • Stair Manufacturing: Stair treads are produced to be mounted directly on the wall panels so that the wall bears the load.

  1. Shipment and Assembly Preparation
Completed panels are coded according to the assembly sequence. The system produced by TEOTECH machines is prepared for fast on-site assembly without welding, relying only on mechanical connections.
